The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items (unless they arrive damaged or defective0:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Shipping: The shipping cost will be added at the time of checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for receiving and processing. Some orders my take longer to fill due to size and product availability. We ship within the U.S and internally, please make sure your address is FULLY ENTERED AND CORRECT. Use correct abbreviations and space inserted properly.

"Hello Health" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If such problem should happen, please contact your local post office.
